How much is $1AUD?
$1AUD is 1 Australian Dollar. To find the current exchange rate for your currency, simply google "AUD/USD exchange rate" (for a $USD conversion) and you will get a conversion in $USD. Same applies for all other major currencies of the world.
The other method is to use Paypal. Log onto Paypal and you will be able to do the conversions there.
What is your return policy?
We have a 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition and unused.
You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Can I change or update my online order?
Parcel under 2kg or under the value of $200USD will normally be sent via the country postal service (Australia Post, Singapore Post, New Zealand Post, USPS, Royal Mail, etc). Parcels sent this way will normally take between 6 to 15 working days. Please note it is working/business days, which does not include weekends and public holidays.
Parcels over the weight of 2kg or over the value of $200USD will be sent with DHL EXPRESS. This will normally take 3 - 5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We regularly ship to overseas destinations. These include but is not limited to - US, UK, Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Spain, New Zealand, Italy and many many more. Check our International Shipping page - click here
Every customer is important to us and no order is too small. There is no minimum order for overseas customers. We value all our customers - paperwork and red tape is part of running a business, we dont understand why other companies exclude small overseas orders.
What do I do if my order hasnt arrived?
Please contact us, especially if it has been 14 days or more. All of our shipments come with delivery confirmation so we can track your package and let you know the expected time for delivery.
