Easy Wood Tools Micro Tool Set

The Micro Tool Set brings together a rougher, finisher and detailer for pens, miniatures and small decorative work. It covers material removal, shaping and fine detailing in one compact set.

This set contains all three Micro tools listed below.

Tools included

• Micro Easy Rougher: Ci6-SQ square cutter for removing material and establishing the shape.
• Micro Easy Finisher: Ci5 round cutter for curves and final shaping.
• Micro Easy Detailer: Ci7 diamond cutter for coves, beads and fine detail.

Specifications for each tool

• Overall length: 9 1/4 in (approx. 235 mm).
• Handle: 6 in (approx. 152 mm), American maple.
• Tool bar: 5/16 in square x 3 1/4 in long (approx. 7.9 x 7.9 x 83 mm), stainless steel.
• Each tool has its specified standard carbide cutter fitted and is supplied with a hex key.
• Supplied in a plastic carry case.

Keep the bar flat on the tool rest, the tool parallel to the floor and the cutting edge at the centreline of the work. Rotate the cutter to an unused edge as needed, then replace it when the usable edges are worn.
