Product Information

Add decorative semi-circular beads to timber or resin work by fitting a negative rake beading cutter to a compatible Easy Rougher. Choose the bead diameter you need; the tool is sold separately.

Bead diameter choices

  • 1/8 in (approx. 3.2 mm).
  • 3/16 in (approx. 4.8 mm).
  • 1/4 in (approx. 6.4 mm).
  • 3/8 in (approx. 9.5 mm).

Compatible tools

These cutters fit Easy Roughers that accept Ci2 cutters: Easy Start, Mini and Mid-Size. They do not fit the Ci6 Micro Rougher or Ci1 Full Size and Pro Roughers.

Using and replacing the cutter

Hold the tool flat on the rest and parallel to the floor, with the cutter at the workpiece centreline. Advance slowly and straight into the work to form the bead. Replace the cutter when dull. Each cutter is supplied with a mounting screw.
