Woodcut Tru-Grind Tool Holder

The Tru-Grind Tool Holder is the heart of the Tru-Grind sharpening system. This single holder sharpens every woodturning tool without any other accessories, and takes mini tools up to 1-1/2"" in diameter.

It handles bowl gouges, spindle gouges, skews, scrapers, parting tools, spindle roughing gouges, ring tools, negative rake scrapers and skew chisels. Simply set the number to repeat your preferred bevel time after time, giving you confidence that each of your tools is being sharpened correctly. The holder locks in place for the exact angle every time, which speeds up sharpening and saves tool length because you're not grinding away steel finding the angle.

What you'll need:
A Tru-Grind Base Slide (Original or Premium) mounted at your grinder. The Tool Holder also works with other sharpening tool holder base slides on the market.

Where it sits:
Buy the holder on its own if you already have a compatible base slide. If you're starting from scratch, the Tru-Grind Original or Premium Sharpening System bundles the holder with a base slide.
